

2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 sm. Onion, chopped
1 can Sliced Water Chestnuts, chopped
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 & 1/2 roll Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 stick Butter, melted to mix with crackers
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except butter and crackers, together and place in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes then add cracker topping and back for 15 more minutes or until golden brown on top.
